Why this exists
Many small businesses do not have dedicated capture teams, proposal managers, or analysts reviewing opportunities throughout the day. As a result, strong opportunities may be overlooked while significant time is spent evaluating opportunities that are ultimately poor fits.
FedBizRadar exists to reduce that friction by making federal opportunities easier to discover, compare, and understand before deeper bid resources are committed.
How FedBizRadar differs

The objective is not simply to display notices, but to help contractors understand what matters, faster.
Who is behind the project
FedBizRadar was founded by Ivan Rosquellas, a university lecturer, journalist, editor, and communications professional with more than two decades of experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex information to specialized audiences.
His background includes journalism studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Italian Philology studies at the Universitat de Barcelona, teaching at Blanquerna – Universitat Ramon Llull, extensive work in television, radio, and digital media, and regulated financial advisory training under MiFID standards.
Throughout his career, he has worked across journalism, education, communications, finance, and artificial intelligence projects, developing a strong focus on source verification, analytical rigor, and making complex information easier to understand and act upon.
FedBizRadar applies those same principles to public procurement data.
The site is not presented as a procurement law firm, government advisory office, or contracting authority. It is an independent research and publishing project focused on making public procurement information more accessible and useful.
