Scope & Requirements
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201 compliant systems necessary to maintain the Access Control Systems (ACS) and Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTV). This work includes, but is not limited to:
- Technical refreshment of existing systems.
- System programming, testing, installation, and removal.
- All other affiliated services associated with the electronic security system.
Maintenance and support shall be provided for the following components of the security system:
- Access Control: Dual Reader Interface, Keypad Proximity Reader, Proximity Reader
- Monitoring & Detection: Security Sensor, Security Detector
- System Control: Keypad for Arm/Disarm
- Infrastructure: Power Supply, Industrial Grade Strike
- General: Overall Security System Maintenance
