Scope & Requirements
NAVFAC EURAFCENT intends to award a sole source modification to Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract N3319120D4027 for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services with the incumbent contractor, Alberto Izzo & Partners S.r.l. This modification will increase the period of performance of the current contract by twelve (12) months, covering the period of 29 May 2026 through 28 May 2027. No additional capacity is being added to the contract. This 12-month bridge extension is required to allow NAVFAC EURAFCENT to execute mission-essential projects, implement potential modifications, and exercise Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) options on designs completed or currently in progress by the incumbent.
