Scope & Requirements
This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract to remove, transport and dispose of asbestos in the Public Affairs Office at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) in Fresno, California. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, travel and overhead necessary to perform this service at VACCHCS. The proposal shall include completion during a fourteen-day duration from on or after May 21, 2026, and before June 19, 2026. The offeror will create containment barriers prior to working. Provide manifest to Contracting Officer s Representative for chain of custody. Offerors will comply with EPA/OSHA regulations. The offeror will notify COR upon starting and completing work.
