Executive Summary

The Department of the Navy is conducting market research for assorted supplies to be delivered to Naval Station Norfolk. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation for proposals.

Submission Requirements:

  • 1. Company name, address, Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address.
  • 2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Unique Entity ID.
  • 3. Business size under NAICS 532289.
  • 4. Capability statement addressing aptitude to be able to provide the services as prescribed in the draft PWS, in addition to any information that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements in the PWS.
  • 5. The supplies as outlined in the draft PWS shall be delivered to Naval Station Norfolk and allowed to ship to New York then back to Norfolk, VA.
  • 6. Include any other supporting documentation necessary.
  • 7. The required should have base access and available to deliver supplies by 25 June 2026.
