Scope & Requirements

Project Title: Replace Electric Meters

Project Location: Shaw AFB

Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 90 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.

Competition: This is a Competitive Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 238210.

Site Visit is scheduled for 14 April 2026 at 10:00 AM on Shaw AFB. For Base Access requests contact the Contracting Officer, Ms. Zelda Williams at [email protected] or the Contract Specialist, Ms. Sarah Nieves at [email protected] NLT Friday 6 April 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. Base access will not be permitted without prior coordination. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 9 through 11 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided. Contractors are required to bring all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
