Scope & Requirements

The FAA Small Business Vendor Day & Matchmaking Event will take place on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, from 8:00 am to 1:45 pm at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The purpose of this event is to provide outreach to small businesses, featuring strategic one-on-one connections, general networking, and information on FAA acquisitions and procurement. The agenda includes presentations on WJHTC technical NAS engineering programs, Laboratory Services, Acquisitions & Business Services, and Agency programs. The matchmaking portion allows small businesses to identify potential partners and engage directly with FAA program officials.

Vendor display tables will be available for the first 30 companies that respond, and breakout sessions will occur during the final hour of the event. Registration is mandatory, and attendance is limited to two representatives per business. Participants must be registered in the System for Award Management and can attend for general networking or to have a display table.

Foreign National Visitors must provide additional information to attend. Upon arrival, attendees will need to obtain a visitor badge and bring a photo ID. The FAA is committed to providing equal access and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

  • Registration is required for all participants.
  • Pre-registration for this event is mandatory.
