• Does your company possess the capability to perform all required forklift repair services as outlined in the Draft Statement of Work, including replacement of the high-pressure fuel pump and fuel injectors on an AUSA C400H rough-terrain forklift?
• Can your company support all required equipment, tools, diagnostic instruments, and OEM-compatible components necessary to repair and test the forklift s DEUTZ TD3.6 engine and associated fuel system?
• Can your company provide technicians who are trained, certified, and experienced in performing diesel engine fuel system repairs, specifically on DEUTZ engines or comparable rough-terrain forklift systems?
• Does your company currently provide similar forklift repair or heavy-equipment maintenance services to other VA Medical Centers, federal agencies, or commercial clients? If yes, provide contract numbers and points of contact.
• Provide estimated unit pricing or cost ranges for the service categories described in the Draft SOW, including inspection, parts replacement, system purging, and post-repair testing.
• Identify any national service standards applicable to forklift repair, diesel engine service, or industrial equipment maintenance, and the organizations responsible for issuing those standards.
• Describe industry best practices relevant to forklift repair, diesel fuel system restoration, and post-maintenance operational testing.
• Indicate whether your company holds any contract vehicles such as: Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), SEWP, National Acquisition Center (NAC) vehicles, GSA Schedule / Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)
