Scope & Requirements
This purchase description sets forth the minimum requirements for the delivery and installation of seven (7) each independent gantry crane systems with 1000 lb. pneumatic hoists. The gantry systems will be used to support production operations in a heavy industrial tire shop. Each system shall be independent, and designed in accordance with the characteristics described in this document. The vendor shall be responsible for complete turnkey installation of all components and accessories of the gantry systems. The vendor shall measure and verify dimensional requirements in sufficient detail to establish limits of space in all directions required for installation, operation, and servicing of the gantry systems. Each of the seven (7) gantry systems shall be sized and configured in accordance with its individual requirement. The specific details of each system are described in section 3 of this document.
