Scope & Requirements
The U.S. Embassy invites you to submit a proposal for customized Group Life and Health Insurance services to employees of the Embassy of the United States of America in the Sultanate of Oman.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and all qualified prospective offerors who are interested in submitting a proposal should plan to attend this important conference. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal Enclosed” to the Contracting Officer, U.S. Embassy Muscat, P.O. Box 202, P.C. 115 Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman on or before 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, for Solicitation No.: 19MU3026R0002. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
