Scope & Requirements

The contractor shall provide working lunch catering services in support of the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium to the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS). Services shall include the preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup of catered lunches and beverages on Tuesday and Wednesday, 16 and 17 June and individually packaged “to-go” box-type lunches on Thursday 18 June, for 300 Government personnel and invited participants. Services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
