Scope & Requirements
The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital intends to solicit a sole source Fixed Price contract to MIM, a GE Healthcare Company, for subscription of Encore Nuclear Medicine Software. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The vendor shall provide Software Support for the MIM Encore System and system software updates. This shall include:
- Technical phone support
- Technical email support
- After hours support by pager
The systems to be covered by this contract are MIM Server and six (6) clients (MIM software only) located in Room A333-01 and 003A-56 in Nuclear Medicine at the Tampa VA. Contract will include base plus option years.
