The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital intends to solicit a sole source Fixed Price contract to MIM, a GE Healthcare Company, for subscription of Encore Nuclear Medicine Software. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified.
