25AUG26 - Clarification:  The foreign counsel/associate referenced in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement is considered inclusive to the Firm Fixed Price requirement.

21AUG26 - Clarifications: 

1.  The fees referenced in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP generally in section 3.0 and specifically in section 3.1.3 are considered inclusive to the Firm Fixed Price requirement.  Relevant fees typical for this work are publicly available.  Work volume estimates are provided in the  Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP Appendix and in section 1.2.  

2.  Specific docketing information will not be made available as part of this solcitation.  Work volume is addressed in the previous clarification.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0922 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Patent Legal Services. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541110.  The small business size standard is $15.5M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
