Scope & Requirements

Oklahoma City Veteran Affairs Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) wishes to enter into an agreement to purchase Hospital Communication System / Nurse Call Information Data Management Software System with an authorized vendor for supply and delivery of the items identified below, and subsequent services required to assemble, test, install, integrate, warranty, and/or maintain new items for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center Hospital at 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City OK, 73104. The nurse call hospital communication software solution includes systems for connectivity to OKC s Rauland Responder 5 (R5) nurse call hardware. The software shall provide a robust full disclosure archive of hospital trends (including safety, call volume, and response times, unit-based trends, nurse call events (by room, over time, and staff visits to rooms), hourly and daily event trends with drill-down performance metrics, and event trackers showing real time events. The vendor shall provide all required hardware (including mounts and rails), software, and user interface requirements necessary to provide a fully functioning nurse call hospital communication software test solution. At a minimum, the vendor shall provide the following Rauland Responder components:
