The requirement is for ship repair, maintenance and overhaul of United States (US) Navy Surface Ship USS RAFAEL PERALTA (DDG-115), 6JI SIA, in support of US Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC).
