You must always verify official contract details, deadlines, NAICS codes, set-aside requirements, and attachments directly on the official SAM.gov portal before submitting a bid.
2. AI-Generated Insights
Certain sections of our platform—including Opportunity Assessments, Contractor Fit signals, and Bid Considerations—are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms designed to structure and simplify complex government solicitations.

4. Intellectual Property
The original government procurement data displayed on our site remains in the public domain. However, the proprietary design, AI-generated assessments, structured metadata, editorial formatting, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of FedBiz Radar.
5. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically.
